2. Enterprise Subscription Services
Access to the MithaqCloud GRC Platform requires an active enterprise subscription agreement. These Terms of Use govern your general use of the public website. Your use of the MithaqCloud software platform is governed by your organization's specific Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) or Enterprise License Agreement (ELA).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Services and all original content, features, and functionality are owned by MithaqCloud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation. You further agree not to attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services, bypass any security measures, or access data not intended for you.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on MithaqCloud's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. MithaqCloud makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
