1. Trademark Guidelines

MithaqCloud's trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, and logos ("Marks") represent our brand and the premium quality of our enterprise GRC solutions. These guidelines are designed to help you use our Marks properly and legally without having to negotiate separate agreements with us.

2. Our Trademarks

The following is a non-exhaustive list of MithaqCloud's trademarks and service marks:

• MithaqCloud™
• MithaqCloud GRC Platform™
• The MithaqCloud logo and shield icon

3. Authorized Use

You may use MithaqCloud trademarks in text solely to refer to and/or link to MithaqCloud's products and services, provided that such use is accurate and not misleading. You may not use the Marks in a way that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by MithaqCloud without our explicit written permission.

4. Unauthorized Use

You may not incorporate any MithaqCloud Mark into your own product names, service names, trademarks, logos, or company names. You may not use our Marks in any advertising or promotional materials without prior written consent.

5. Reporting Misuse

If you find a website or application that uses a MithaqCloud trademark inappropriately, we would like to hear about it. Please report any such instances to legal@mithaqcloud.com.
